The fake etymologies of the Albanian borrowings

One of the words that is categorized as borrowed from Slavic is the Albanian word pëgër, or përgër (dirty, feces) characterized by Orel as a loan from Slavic *poganiti inherited from Old East Slavic поганъ *poganŭ, "pagan", which itself is borrowed from Medieval Latin paganus ("pagan"). Orel quotes the linguists of the same opinion as Miklosich, Meyer, Jokl (E. Çabej's professor), Çabej, Haarman, etc.
Orel does not assume, as literal linguists usually etymologize.
In other words, pëgër, or përgër comes from the medieval Latin paganus through the Slavic поганъ.
First of all, on which premise is based the the Albanian borrowed the word? Is there any premise?
No. I did no find any. The linguists just say the Albanian language borrowed the word. How about the other way around the the Slavic languages borrowed the word from the Albanian language.
First, the Slavic word lacks the R sound, a very important element in the etymological interpretation of the word. The absence of R in the Slavic word must be argued.
The Albanian word *përgëre in the dirty sense is an linguistic object that cannot be touched by the human hand, an abstract linguistic unity but it is visible to the human eye, while in the sense of excrement it is a tangible object by the human hand, a concrete object.
There is another word in Albanian language the word * bajge (dung), and balge in Cham with its forms as balge, balëg, balëgë, bagël, balge, balëgë which is defined as from Proto-Albanian *balgā, from Proto-Indo-European *bolgʷ-, which is also found in Serbo-Croatian bȁlega/ба̏лега and Romanian baligă where serious linguists write that it is probably borrowed from the Albanian language.
There are also other words in Albanian language such as këlbazë (phlegm) with the variants gëlbaza, këlbazë, which I think have the same etymological root as balg and qelb, kelb with an accepted etymology comes from proto-Albanian *kalba from Proto-Indo-European *gṷol-bh. Compare Armenia կեղ (key tumor)
There is another word in Albanian language the word *qelb, (pus), Gheg *kelb with its variolations kelp, kelp which with an accepted etymology comes from proto-Albanian *kalba from Proto-Indo-European *gṷol-bh. Compare Armenia կեղ (key tumor)
There is also other word in Albanian language the word *kalb (rot) with an accepted etymology from Proto-Indo-European *golbʰ-, *gʷolbʰ- (“conglobate, swell”). Compare Latin globus (“a round body, ball, sphere, globe, heap, clump”), Old Norse kalfabōt (“hip area, hip joint of meat”), Old High German wazzarkalb (“swelling, tumescence through water”).
The words with the same meanings are in: Basque as gorotza, t'rik'y in Armenian (from a *trigu I think) and dung in English. The etymology of English dung has not been found until today. The presence of G is in all the above-mentioned words.
What are the Albanian language words KALB, KELB , BALGE, GELBAZE semantically, and what is their semantic difference from përgëre?
*BALGE is the excrement of animals, something filthy, smelly and disgusting.
*GELBAZE is the coming out of the mouth, something filthy and disgusting.
*QELB is the coming out of an infected tissue, something filthy and disgusting.
*KALB is to undergo decomposition from the action of bacteria or fungi, something filthy, smelly and disgusting.
While pegëre has two meanings in Albanian, dirty and excrement. Orel overlooks the excrement, feces meaning of the Albanian word, an unforgivable mistake for a professional linguist, and for all linguists before him, and the Slavic word пога́ный does not carry the meaning excrement at all, but:
пога́ный • (pogányj); (archaic) pagan, dirty, impure,rotten, bad, (mushroom) poisonous.
In addition to the most important connection and finding the root of the thought in old Albanian, in etymology it is also important to apply some phonetic-etymological formulas for breaking down words and found the root form of the word:
BAGEL=Dung
BAGER=L>R
PAGER=B>P
PEGER=A>E
përgër which means phlegm
BAGELZE=rtc gal>ba
BAGEL-ze=ending ze
BEGER=A>E
PEGER=B>P
So, finally, the word pegère finds its origin in the Albanian language itself.
While the interpretation according to the Albanian language code is:
The interpretation I call not etymological:
The concept-word comes from a concrete object. The origin of the word comes from three directions-codes:
1) Shows Movement, the movement from inside the body of useless elements for the body, which is the code of L (R),
2) It is spatial: Ba el>Ba er which means makes a bad smell, the levitation of it in the air.
3) It is a gje (thing), a concrete object
Ba l=ba er+gje is the codex of the word.
Albanian Dictionary:
pegër (i, e) adjective; dirty.
pēgēr/ë,-a (e) noun of the feminine gender; plural; -a(t) (to), also euphemism; feces.

Nephilim

N 'eh - Ph 'ih- L 'ee- M /  Nepheeleem Zacharia Sitchin (July 11, 1920 – October 9, 2010)  wrote the " Nephilim " (נְפִילִים) is derived from “nafàl" and means “fall". The term Nephilim occurs in Genesis 6:1-4, describing the point of time when three things began: men began to increase in number, came into existence the daughters of men , and the sons of God went to the daughters of men and had children by them. Is the "nephillim" really only a Hebrew word? That question is very subtle, however I think it has been more a limit of thinking for linguists rather than a serious argument. Let's begin first with the probable meaning the linguists think it is. We know that the " fall"  in every language means moving downward from a higher position involuntarily, usually by an accident, which maybe was the reason why Michael S. Total positional tolerance at material condition

Total positional tolerance at material condition (Hole) Suppose the Ø 1.005 / 1.010 hole is inspected and there are six parts with different ID dimensions. Their actual sizes checked with run out methods give that their actual axis is to be .006” over and up from the true position even though they have different actual ID’s. We want to know which part is within true position tolerance at MMC. Parts to be acceptable require some calculation when is used the run out method.             In GD&T, maximum material condition (MMC) refers to a hole that contains the greatest amount of material.             To understand and memorize simply and logically the concept, I suppose that you have a part designed as a square with one hole in the center, Ø 1.005 / 1.010 . You have produced just 5 parts and measured their holes. The hole of part #1 is on the low side of its tolerance Ø 1.005" and the hole of part #5 is on high side of its tolerance Ø 1.010". Here is the question: W

The connection between the Albanian language and Sumerian/Akkadian

Lidhja e gjuhës shqipe me sumerishten/akadishten.
