The language, or the thought divides every information that comes to a listener, but the listener react based on the "labels" of concepts (events, situations) and the "selections" of them. They put them in their memories. There is a fact that people do always have the "labels" which they consider as the absolute truth. Those "labels" will shape their reality in the future. European countries have had and have centralized institutions which have been the only "authorities" on history, archaeology and linguistics. It was and is very important for the institutions of the “scientific power” to define a certain attitude about languages and their origin and kept it fixed in time continuously. It was very important to make official a certain attitude in Europe and beyond because it is related to terrestrial integrity of European nations, a major interest of the rulers of all time. Many of the “scientific” linguistic institutions were and are funded by the royal funds, state funds and religious institutions funds. Some are funded by different private donors. The source of their funding have influenced and preconditioned their linguistic status quo. The test consists of two parts: the civics test and the English language test. I. The Civics Test (Illinois) The civics test is an oral test. The USCIS officer will read the questions and the applicant must answer verbally. In the civics test, applicants must answer correctly 6 out of 10 questions on American history and civics. The 10 question are randomly selected from the list of 100 questions. Some questions require only one answer but there are more than one(1) correct answer. Kjo frazë ishte një fjali nga nënat spartane drejtuar bijve të tyre kur shkonim në betejë, dhe thirrje kur luftonin spartanët, të cilën sot studiuesit historiko-gjuhësorë e përkthejnë gabim, që unë e quaj propagandë politike gjuhësore greko-romake, ose mosnjohje e gjuhës së parë. Spartanët, ose në shqipen e sotme mendoj qe do të thotë "shpatarë", mendoj qe kane folur Shqipen e parë. Kuptimi i saktë i kësaj shprehjeje është: 1) E TAN = te tan ne gegenisht, të tërë, të gjithë bashke ne Shqipen standarde 2) E EPI=jepi 3) TAN = te tan ne gegenisht, të tërë, të gjithë bashke ne Shqipen standarde. Pra kuptimi i kësaj shprehjeje është: "Të gjithë së bashku, jepi, të gjithë bashkë." Dhe në fund të mburojës shkruhet Imprimis, që sërish është shqipja e parë. Linguistic proprieties attributed to God. Are linguistic proprieties attributed to God tight with a set of logical elements of words-concepts? Do the words-concepts for God fit together linguistically? Linguistic God attributes should exist together in harmonious, in a stable system of the linguistic elements which are based on the human needs, fears, feelings, and knowledge at the time of their formation. God Words concepts did not come out in a day or suddenly. Before the creation of the God’s name there were too many Gods, proper names. They were related with specific elements of the nature such as the water, sky, fire, which are simple to be explained linguistically. The God word is more complicated because it is an abstract word. How words are contained in human minds in the beginning of language creation. I suppose the word for eye is the first word created by humans. Other word was not created. Was there a mental image for the real thing eye before the first word was created or a mental definition? It is the same question we ask today for the animals. Do animals have mental images of the actual thing of the world? If we experiment now with ourselves saying “eye” what will happen in our mind? Do you see any eye image after you thought, or said the word “eye”? I did it, and no eye image passed in my mind, but I cannot conclude it was the same for the first word. I think, for the first word there was not created a mental definition in human brain. In the first word in the human mind the image of an eye, which existed before as it exists in animals was recorded in a brain cell  in full awareness for the first time .
