The etymology of the word *gershet/braids.
The proto-albanian word of *gershet is *gerzet where z>s>sh.
The ancient Pre-Albanian knew exactly what he/she was doing when he created a word.
And braid is not that much different etymologically. Isn't it?
Word origin:
1) g-is the shape-logogram, two O's connected to each other.The letter of protoalbanian danube script
