The etymology of the Albanian word shkurt

According to Guillaume Bonnet, shkurt the Albanian word for short probably comes from the proto-Germanic *skurtaz. Alternatively borrowed from reconstructed Vulgar Latin *excurtus (cf. Italian scurto, Romanian scurt, Romanian shcurtu), derivative of Latin curtus. The terms Albanian, Latin (reconstructed) and German were developed in the same way. A theory of borrowing does not explain the development of meaning and the progress of the Albanian root itself

Now let's analyze the word low in four languages:

1. Low in English
2. Basso(a) in Italian
3. Humilis in Latin
4. Niedrig in German.

From the above, based on the primordial embryo of the Albanian language *ul that exists only in the Albanian language, the origin of the word SHKURT (short) belongs to the Albanian language. The theory of borrowing falls, it does not explain the development of meaning and the progress of the Albanian root UL itself, on the contrary, the root *UL gives the opposite development that the words of other languages are derivatives of the word of the Albanian language. Only the old English is close to the root of the Albanian language UL.
