Rrënja e fjalës është nga një gjuhë që thuhet se është folur vetëm dhe shkruar vone, një përfundim ideologjik i gjuhetareve që nuk është e vertete, eshte nga gjuha shqipe *BAL dhe jo nga PIE *pre-, nga rrënja *për i cila është gabim, joekzistente në gjuhën e parë PIE.
Gjuhëtarët e PIE gabojnë gjithashtu për faktin e thjeshtë që fëmijët shqiptojnë tingujt në këto mosha:

2-3 vjeç - p, b, m, d, n, h, t, k, g, w, ng, f, j
4 vjeç- l, j, ch, s, v, sh, z
5 vjeç - r, zh, th (me zë të lartë)
6 vjeç th (pa zë).

Duket se R është në grupin e tretë dhe L është në grupin e dytë. Në jetën e gjuhës, formimit te gjuhës ndoshta ato kane 10 mijë vjet ose më shumë diference ne arritjen e shqiptimit te tyre nga aparati vokal njerëzor. Ndoshta parapara-ardhesit tane mund degjonin tingullin R në natyre tingëlluar nga kafshët ose zogjtë, por nuk mund ta shqiptonin në një fazë të caktuar të krijimit të gjuhës. E shqiptonin si femijët L.
